Your first NetSuite evaluation

What does NetSuite
do for your business?

NetSuite connects finance with the orders, purchasing and stock records that feed it. We’ll show you how it handles your actual work, including the transactions that never appear in a tidy demo.

NetSuite Solution Provider
Why Invitra ↗
The simple version

Finance, stock and orders
in a shared system.

Finance, sales and the warehouse need to work from the same records. That’s the practical reason to look at ERP.

↗

Finance and reporting

Bring finance, accounting and operational information into a connected system.

↗

Inventory and orders

Connect inventory and orders instead of stitching together separate updates.

↗

Modules and integrations

Work out what you need now, what can wait and which existing tools should stay.

Before you choose

Prepare for a useful demo.

Use a requirements checklist and compare the full project cost before choosing licences.

Your business requirements

What does your team
need to do?

Choose your industry for a few starting questions. We will check the required functions during discovery.

Requirements to check

Purchasing, stock and production.

Map the handovers between your shop floor, warehouse and accounts team. Include batch tracking, stock transfers and production exceptions in the demo.

A QUESTION TO START WITH

“Where do stock updates and financial reports stop lining up?”

Implementation planning

What your first
implementation involves.

The proposal should make it clear what you’re buying and what your own team still needs to do.

Bring a few real transactions to the demo, including the ones that cause trouble. We’ll identify the modules and setup your business needs before quoting.

01

Map the work

Ask the people doing the work which tasks take too long and which reports they still build by hand. Decide which existing systems should stay.

02

Check it in a demo

Use your own sample processes. Record which functions are standard and which need modules, integration or development.

03

Plan the rollout

Agree scope, costs, data preparation, testing and training before setting a go-live date.

Before you decide

Questions about
working with Invitra.

Ask us about your requirements, costs or delivery plan.

What is ERP?

ERP stands for enterprise resource planning. It connects finance, purchasing, orders and inventory through shared data. Our ERP buying guide explains when it makes sense to move beyond accounting software.

Does NetSuite include every function in one price?

No. The annual licence combines the core platform, optional modules and users. Implementation is a separate initial cost. Use our ERP cost checklist to check what your quote includes.

Do we have to replace every existing tool?

Not necessarily. List the tools that should stay and the information they need to exchange. We can then scope the integrations alongside the NetSuite setup.

Can we add functions later?

Yes, modules and users can be added as the business grows. Agree the first phase and price any later integration work before committing. See what to agree with your implementation partner.

How should we compare our options?

Give each supplier the same essential requirements and ask for demonstrations using your sample transactions. Use our ERP buying guide and Business Central comparison to prepare.
