This notice explains how we use and store the details you send through the consultation form.

What we collect
When you request a consultation we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, optional enquiry message, phone number if you add it, company, your answers about your business and how you would like to meet.
We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
For the current browser tab, we remember your selected ERP topic and industry so you do not have to repeat them as you browse. This expires after 30 minutes without an update. We do not store your name, email or enquiry message in browser storage.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange the conversation you asked for. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Enquiries are stored with Cloudflare and sent by email to the people responsible for handling them, including authorised enquiry administrators. Hosting and email services process this information to deliver the service.
Technical information and embedded video
The form uses automated checks to reduce spam. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details for delivery and security. When you play the office video, it loads from Cloudflare Stream.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Call us or reply to an email from us to make a request.
