Is the discovery call free?
Yes. Your process owners meet our functional consultants and business analysts to discuss current processes and pain points. This is a discovery conversation, not a formal ERP assessment or written migration review.
Do I need to know which modules we need?
No. That’s what the conversation is for. Tell us how your business works today and we’ll help you work out the scope.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Visit our office in Pune, or ask us to come to you. Our team works on-site with clients across India.
What happens after the first conversation?
We usually share meeting notes and agree the next steps. Licences, migration, integrations, testing, training, travel and support are priced separately. No chargeable work starts before a statement of work is signed.
